On 28th Feb, Development Officer Liam Buchan attended a lineout seminar led by former Scotland international turned specialist skills coach Scott Lawson.
During the presentation and on field portions of the seminar, Scott took coaches through the set up of the thrower as well as some practices that can be used to develop their technique and accuracy.
There were also four Grammar U16 players in attendance to demonstrate the lifting and jumping portion of the seminar which was led by another ex pro and former Grammar player Stuart Corsar.
