Join Aberdeen Grammar Rugby

Aberdeen Grammar Rugby is an open and inclusive club founded in 1893 with two adult male teams operating at National and Regional level, a full complement of youth teams and ambitions to form an adult women’s team within the next 2 years. The club has 15 qualified adult coaches at level 2 or 3. We welcome players of all ability levels and endeavour and are always seeking volunteers and social members to make the club a welcoming and family friendly environment, which is attested to by the 250 youth players at the club.

The club is the official partner of Aberdeen University and coach various teams at the University, including the Wednesday BUCS team.

The benefits of joining the club are that we are a well managed mature club with all the appropriate safeguards in place to ensure the welfare of players from the youngest children to the adult playing sides. These benefits include:
