The Annual General Meeting of Aberdeen Grammar Rugby (the Club) will be held at 7pm on Tuesday 23rd June 2026 in the Pavilion at Rubislaw Playing Fields.
All paid-up members of the Club as of 30 April 2026 are invited to attend.
Anyone wishing to propose a motion regarding the Club or its operation must be a member of the Club and the proposed motion must be seconded by another full member.
All proposed motions must be delivered by email to the Club Secretary (k.ironside63@gmail.com) no later than 5pm on Friday 5th June 2026.
A final agenda shall be issued in advance of the meeting.
