The AGM of Aberdeen Grammar Rugby will be held at 7pm on Wednesday 21st June 2023 in the Pavilion at Rubislaw Playing Fields. All members of the club as of 30 April 2023, who hold membership and have paid their fees for season 2022/3 are invited to attend.
Any member wishing to propose a motion regarding the club or its operation must be a member of the club and the proposed motion must be seconded by another full member. The proposed motion must be delivered in writing (email will suffice) to the Hon. Secretary, Ken Ironside (k.ironside63@gmail.com) no later than 5pm on 2nd June 2023.
