2019 Annual General Meeting

The A.G.M. of Aberdeen Grammar Rugby will be held in the TV lounge at Grammar F.P. club, 86 Queens Road, Aberdeen at 7.00 pm on Wednesday 5 June 2019.  All paid-up members of the club as of 30 April 2019 are entitled to attend.

Anyone wishing to submit a motion for discussion at the meeting must lodge said motion with the club secretary Colin Neilson 14 days prior to the meeting in writing.  Motion must be proposed and seconded by current members of the club. Cut off for motions is 22 May 2019

Any committee member wishing to stand down from committee duties should communicate their desire to stand down to the club secretary 14 days prior to the meeting.

Any person wishing to be considered for election to the Executive Committee should intimate their desire to the club secretary by 22 May 2019.

To date Duncan Seller has stood for appointment.
