Aberdeen Grammar Rugby Summertime Community Tuesday Night Touch Rugby
We are hosting Tuesday night touch rugby sessions open to everyone! No previous rugby experience or ability is required. Walking touch rugby will be included. Open to all ages – come and join in, keep fit and have fun. Bring all the family!
Rubislaw Playing Fields, Harlaw Road, Aberdeen
Tuesday nights from Tuesday 14th June to Tuesday 26th July (inclusive)
6.30pm - 7.30pm
Dress: Come dressed to suit exercise outdoors in Scotland in Summer and all that means! All Touch Rugby activities will take place outside on grass at Rubislaw playing fields. Toilet facilities will be available. Bring a water bottle and suitable footwear – good training shoes.
Each session will start at 6.30pm with a brief introduction to the game, warm-up for all participants then 4 x 10-minute touch-rugby sessions with breaks finishing by 7.30pm latest.
