Notice is hereby given that the A.G.M of Aberdeen Grammar Rugby will be convened at the committee room at Great Western Hotel at 7pm on Thursday 15 July 2021. Persons attending require to be members of the club and have paid membership fees for season 2019/20 or 20/21 (extended period due to last season being officially cancelled). Any member wishing to submit a motion for consideration at the AGM should have it seconded by another member and forwarded to our Hon. Secretary Colin Neilson in writing to email@example.com by 30 June 2021. In addition, there is a requirement to seek nominations for the positions of Hon. Secretary and President at the A.G.M. both positions fall vacant at the A.G.M. and nominations from members, duly supported by a seconder, who is also a member should be submitted to Colin Neilson at the email address aforementioned.
Once any submissions are received an Agenda will be published in advance of the meeting.
