It's the second of 3 home league games in a row for the 1st XV this Saturday when Berwick RFC are the visitors to Rubislaw (ko 3pm).
This fixture was originally an away match for AGR however we agreed to reverse the tie following a request from Scottish Rugby and Berwick RFC.
The RFU has recently issued guidance in response to the current hard pitch conditions, including a delay to the start of domestic competitions in England. Ordinarily, this would have no impact on Scottish Rugby competitions, as the guidance issued to clubs in Scotland is different. However, Berwick occupies a unique position as a member club of both Scottish Rugby and the RFU and is therefore having to navigate the requirements of both Unions.
This means AGR's away fixture at Berwick will now be 12th December 2026.
