The Annual General Meeting of Aberdeen Grammar Rugby will be held at 7pm on Tuesday 25th June 2024 in the Pavilion at Rubislaw Playing Fields. All paid-up members of the Club as of 30 April 2024 are invited to attend.
Anyone wishing to propose a motion regarding the Club or its operation must be a member of the Club and the proposed motion must be seconded by another full member.
The Club also seeks to appoint a new President at the meeting. Anyone wishing to nominate a person for this role must be a member of the Club and their nomination must also be seconded by another full member.
All proposed motions and/or nominations must be delivered by email to Club Secretary, Ken Ironside (k.ironside63@gmail.com) no later than 5pm on Friday 7th June 2024.
A final agenda shall be issued in advance of the meeting.
