The AGM of Aberdeen Grammar Rugby will be held at 7pm on Monday 20th June 2022 at the Great Western Hotel. All members of the club as of 30 April 2022, who hold membership and have paid their fees for 2021/2 are invited to attend.
Any person or persons wishing a specific item to be discussed should contact the Hon. Secretary Gordon Thomson (g.thomson.t21@btinternet.com) no later than 5pm on Monday 13th June 2022. Any member wishing to propose a motion regarding the club or its operation must be a member of the club and the proposed motion must be seconded by another full member. The proposed motion must be delivered in writing (email will suffice) to the secretary, details as above, no later than 5pm on 6 June 2022.
